Campfire Girls Visit News Plant

The Lo-Wan-Ka campfire girls under the leadership of Mesdames Vernon Staley, E. D. Canter and Arlene Balmes visited the Buckeye Valley News printing plant on Wednesday afternoon of last week after school.

Girls in the group included Loretta Mulville, Sharon Canter, Diane Curry, Patricia Walmsley, Gary Rooks, Jeannie Brodie, Sharon Makin, Phyllis Brabbin, La Rae Balmes, Ruth Staley, Eleanor Johnston, Almeda Vogel, Patricia Todd. They report they enjoyed the visit and would like to go through the plant again some time.

They then met with another campfire group and heard a Patriotic program.
