Acknowledgments.--Dr. Stonelake desires to acknowledge the receipt, at various times since the establishment of this hospital, of large quantities of supplies of the most serviceable description from Mrs. David Landreth, and other patriotic ladies of Bristol. Bucks county. Pa. : also from Mrs. Judge Jones, and ladies of Philadelphia : also from Lu-lu, seventy-five flannel shirts and drawers. He desires to remind her and friends of a certain adopted motto "try again." In behalf of the patients of this hospital Dr. S. desires to express his sincere gratitude for the supply of flannel shirts, drawers, woolen socks, preserves, &c., &c., from Bristol and Philadelphia. They are welcome indeed.
