COMMITTEE COMING AGAIN

A telegram from Olympia to Shaun Kelly on Thursday said that the land settlement committee would be in White Bluffs again on Saturday of this week. The telegram did not say whether the committee had agreed on a general plan of settlement or whether they would be ready to offer anything tangible at this time. They met in Olympia on Tuesday, however, for this purpose, and it is possible that they have agreed upon a plan.

It is also expected that the committee, while they are here this time, will appraise the unselected tracts in the project, so that they may be offered for sale, and also appraise the other property of the state, such as irrigation pipe, pumps, motors, etc.
