March of Republicanism.—Two new journals are announced in Brussels; the first, called "La Voix de Peuple," promises to be a very interesting production, from the great talent of its numerous proprietors. Its principles are Republican, and it is supported by many of the opposition members. MM. Jotcell, Pulaski, and Lelewel, all Poles—the former the President of the Patriotic Club; M. Bartels, who was imprisoned with De Potter for writing against the Dutch government, and M. Jobert, formerly a writer of the National, are the responsible editors.
