PARIS (AP)—One of Premier Poincare's weapons in the international political arena is the ability to detect weaknesses and strengths of the statesmen with whom he deals by reading their handwriting

A confirmed "graphologist" with a profound knowledge of the technique of handwriting reading gained by long study, the former president of the republic believes his talent in this direction has been of great value in his career. Writing recently to a prominent student of graphology he expressed the belief that the science really makes possible character interpretation.
