SHOREHAM

H. W. Jones, who sustained a serious fall last Wednesday, is recovering slowly.

Miss Elizabeth C. North returned from Burlington Saturday evening.

Miss Maud Farnham passed Sunday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. O. Farnham.

The Rev. A. E. Lambert of Middlebury College occupied the pulpit of the Congregational Church last Sunday.

Della Gregware has entered the employ of Mrs. T. H. Moore at Mt. Calm Landing.

Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Farnham of Sudbury passed Sunday at H. W. Jones's.

The infant child of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Beyette is ill.

The Rev. and Mrs. Charles Wattle are in Orwell to attend the Addison county conference of Congregational Churches.

E. L. Potter will give in Academy hall Saturday evening "Taming of the Shrew." He comes under the auspices of the high school.

The missionary meeting is with Mrs. Baldwin to-day.

All interested in the Universalist faith are invited to meet with Miss Stickney at A. E. Tottingham's Sunday afternoon, May 19, at three o'clock.
