LATE FROM ANGOSTURA.

The fast sailing schooner Swan, Capt. Skinner, arrived yesterday morning, bringing accounts and letters as late as the 6th inst. 7

A report reached Angostura about the middle of April, that the people of the city of Lima had revolted, and were about to open their gates to the Patriots.

We have Angostura papers of the 14th and 21st of April. That of the former date contains the substance of a correspondence between Gen. Bolivar, dated at Truxillo, and the royal general La Torres, on the subject of the Armistice, and the renewal of hostilities. La Torres states that the cattle had been driven from the districts which his army occupied, and it had become necessary for him to recommence hostilities, in order to obtain supplies for his army. Bolivar denies that the supplies had been removed, and informs his adversary that he would commence hostilities on the 25th of April.

All officers belonging to the different corps of the republican army, were ordered to repair forthwith to their respective commands.—The letters speak with much confidence of the expected triumph of the armies of the republic—Caraccas, they say, "will be in our possession in the month of June."

To the above we subjoin the following intelligence, copied from the Aurora of Monday.

"The plan of campaign is comprehensive, and the president will have his head quarters between Truxillo and Varinas, with a fine corps d'armee.—General Bermudez is entrusted with a coup de main, which will explain itself hereafter, generals Sarassa and Monagas, will command a corps, in a line of operations, of which Calabosa will be the centre.—General Royes Vargas will take command of a corps of observation upon Coro, where the citizens are solicitous to come under the republican regime; these corps you will perceive embrace a large segment of a circle, and if their movements should be as they are intended consentaneous, the issue will be short and decisive; there are reasons for believing that not a shot will be fired."

"The Meeting of the congress of Columbia excites great solicitude; as the new constitution to be there formed will supercede that which is now only provisionally established; and there are many opinions and several new members in the present congress."
