We hear that two or three Vessels have lately arrived at St. Augustine from La Vera Cruz, with about 200 Barrels of Flour and some other Provisions, without which Supply that Garrison would have been in a starving Condition, and with it are still in very great Distress; but they daily expected more Vessels from La Vera Cruz. That none of our Men of War had been seen off that Place since the Bonetta, tho' any of them cruising before the Bar might stop every Thing from going in, and prevent any Privateers coming out. Several Privateers are fitting out at St. Augustine.
