3 Arrests Made In Blythe Death; 4th Will Follow
One Arrest Is Made in Georgia: Everett Brock Is Held Here

Three people were arrested today by Sheriff M. N. Orr on charges of the murder of J. V. Blythe, whose hacked body was found in Rainbow Lake on Feb. 12.

They were Everett Brock, Ab Cox, and Minnie Cox. Minnie Cox was arrested at Tacoa, Ga., and brought here today and the other arrests followed. A third man, Jason Stepp, now on the chaingang at Burnsville, will be detained for officers here.

Other than the announcement of the arrests Sheriff Orr had little to say today. A preliminary hearing has not been set for the three held in the county jail.
