MULES MAY BRAY

A case of local interest was decided in the Circuit Court for Cecil County last week, which had its inception by braying mules disturbing the peace of one of Rising Sun's residents.

Several months ago Miss May B. Horwitz, who owns a dwelling on Mount street, in this town, sued out an injunction to prevent Harry Woodrow and David B. Reed from pasturing mules and cattle in a lot adjoining her property. She alleged the noises made by the animals disturbed her. The court ordered the proceedings dismissed.
