In the fourth trial of J. W. Roser for the murder of J. X. Sharp in Lander county something like two years ago, the Washoe county jury before whom he was this time tried—a change of venue having been taken thereto—found the defendant guilty of murder in the first degree. The Reno Journal says the case has so eclipsed all others in interest that the public mind is pretty well weaned from all other topics. The objections, if any are presented, will be heard next Friday.
