The Rooting Pig Club of Liberty township met at the home of Donald and Lloyd Shreffier and re-organized Monday afternoon, June 20 at 2:00 o'clock, with County Agent Paul E. Haag acting as chairman. The leader this year will be Will Shreffiler. We elected our officers for the year as follows: President, Donald Shreffler; Vice President, Alva Foster; Secretary and Treasurer, Walter Foster; Song and Cheer Leader, Charles Foster; Club Reporter, Lloyd Shreffiler.
We discussed the record work and stories. The members present were Alva Foster, Charles Foster, Walter Foster, Lloyd Shreffier and Donald Shreffler. The next meeting will be held at the home of Walter Foster, Tuesday, July 5, at 2:00 o'clock.
