THE NEW DEMOCRATIC CHAIRMAN
The State Democratic Central Committee has been fortunate for several years in having very able chairmen.
A few years ago Charles E. Addams was chairman, then came Sidney P. Osborn, followed by Harry Bene, and now William Stuart of Yavapai county heads the party organization.
The new chairman, Mr. Stuart, is editor and publisher of the Prescott Courier-Journal. These four men possess real executive ability.
In addition to possessing the necessary executive ability to make a most excellent chairman, Mr. Stuart is also the most brilliant editorial writer in this state. The Democratic party will march to victory in November under this very capable leader.
