Full Text
The Attorney General of the State was called to the Chair—James R. Pringle was nominated for Intendant of the city in place of H. L. Pinckney, the present nullifying incumbent. Other officers of City Government were also named, and a ticket for State Legislature is to be made out.
The City Gazette says, it is with infinite pleasure that we are at last enabled to assure our fellow citizens, far and wide, of the complete conquest in our city, of Moderation and Union, over that restless and revolutionizing spirit, which has for some months been laboring indefatigably for their destruction.
