Emmerick, May 28.

The Hanoverian regiment of Hugo is arrived here. This regiment is followed by some others, which are expected here to-day or to-morrow. The Hanoverian troops are to halt two or three days, in order to refresh themselves in this neighbourhood, and near Weel; after which they are to continue their march, in order to join the allied army.

N. B. Emmerick is in the duchy of Cleves, subject to the States General, but about 70 miles from Breda. The French troops that were sent to intercept these, are said to be returned, upon finding their design impracticable.
