NEIGHBORHOOD NEWS NOTES
GURNEY
The Women's Club of Gurney gave a card party at the school house last Saturday night. An hour of dancing took place before the crowd volunteered to go home. Everyone reports enjoying a good time.
The following ladies shopped in Saxon last Saturday: Mrs. Peter Peterson, Mrs. Peter Shea, Neuzetta, Idella Peterson and Mrs. C. Cameron.
Miss Julia Wagner is now here at home. She had been employed at Saxon for some time.
Miss Olvida Johnson spent the week-end here at her home.
Leo Kolpack of Hurley spent the week-end at the Joseph Martinka home.
