DOVER, September 6.

A flag of truce arrived yesterday morning from Calais with dispatches from M. Otto and other dispatches having just at the same time come down express from London for Mr. Merry at Paris, the boat returned with them immediately to Calais. An open boat, as a flag of truce, arrived here from Calais yesterday with dispatches from Mr. Merry, and brought Mr. Dawson passenger. He is a Member of the Congress of the United States of America, who has been over to settle the treaty between the two Powers.
