LOUISVILLE, Nov. 15.-The Hon. Henry Watterson, editor of the Courier-Journal, returned home to-day from his European trip. A despatch from New York to the Commercial said that Mr. Watterson would soon take editorial charge of the New York Herald. "There is more ground for the report that I am going to edit the New York Herald" said Mr. Watterson to-day "than can be found in somebody's lively imagination.
