Schacht Drafting New Europe Setup

BERLIN, July 18. (UP) - Dr. Hjalmar Schacht was understood today to have completed a plan - ordered by Adolf Hitler - for the post-war economic structure of Europe.

The Schacht plan was said to be based on a scheme for economic coordination of Europe, presumably centering around German industry.

Hitler was advised of the plan last week in a long talk with Schacht, it was understood. The plan was described as being divided into three main parts in its present memorandum form:

1. General proposals for reorganization of European economy.

2. Observations regarding European currency problems.

3. Colonial questions.
