STONEWALL.

The farmers of this community are about through sowing wheat and gathering corn. Bro. Swann filled his regular appointment here Sunday. Mrs. T. N. Trousdale has moved to Hickman, and Mr. W. A. Ashley has also moved into the house vacated by Mrs. Trousdale. Tom Perkins spent the weekend at Chestnut Mound. Miss Sadie Smith visited Miss Flora Hunt of Watertown. Miss Ina Perkins attended the burial of Dr. J. R. Mason at Lancaster Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Manning spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Young. Hugh Durham is working in Nashville now. Miss Laura Cooper of Gordonsville has been visiting Miss Gertrude James. Mr. and Mrs. Bart Gwaltney visited Mr. and Mrs. T. J. McDonald Sunday. Miss Beulah Kirby and Carol Kirby have been visiting Miss Ina Perkins. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Stewart spent Saturday and Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Zack Gibbs.

Mason's burial in Lancaster; Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Manning with Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Young; Miss Laura Cooper visiting Miss Gertrude James; Mr. and Mrs. Bart Gwaltney with Mr. and Mrs. T. J. McDonald; Miss Beulah Kirby and Carol Kirby with Miss Ina Perkins; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Stewart with Mr. and Mrs. Zack Gibbs. Hugh Durham is now working in Nashville.
