Oregon.

Judge Atchison presented to the United States Senate on the 10th inst., a memorial from the American emigrants to Oregon in favor of the occupation of that Territory, and representing that the Governor of the Hudson Bay Company had been exercising certain powers at war with the American title. Judge A. seems determined to urge this great question with the zeal and spirit which distinguished the lamented Linn, and we trust the acts of England, will open the eyes of Congress to the importance of passing his bill during the present session.—(Reporter.)
