Will Go Over to Grand Jury.

Equigno Luijada, the Mexican who murdered Will Phillips on Friday night last, will be arraigned before Judge Murphy this afternoon at 2 o'clock.
The court will send him over to the next grand jury, having no other alternative since the decision of the coroner's jury.
What the plea of Luijada will be in court this afternoon is unknown. He has so far maintained a stubborn silence in his cell, and nothing has come from him to indicate that he will other than continue declarations of innocence of the murder, in spite of the positive proof that has been secured to show that without doubt he is the man who struck young Phillips his death blow.
The funeral of Will Phillips occurred Sunday afternoon. It was largely attended by friends of the boy and of the sorrowing family he left behind.
