Pair Shoot ex-Husband Four Times.

Denver.-Shot four times, perhaps fatally, with a revolver in the hands of his divorced wife, Mrs. Alice M. Griffith, and riddled with scattering buck shot from a shotgun by her husband George Griffith, a rancher, Marion F. Head, 58 years old, of Denver, formerly a surveyor, fought them off and escaped with his life in a desperate encounter at his former home, eight miles east of Elbert. Griffith was called from a neighbor's house by his wife, after Head, she says, had started a fight in the house and she had fired one shot at him.
