Pauline's Beauty Shop Robbed

Miss Pauline Jones, proprietor of Pauline's Beauty Shop, 2221 E. Madison St., was aroused from pleasant dreams to be informed that her establishment had been burglarized.

The robbery occurred between the hours of two and six a. m. of Saturday last. The culprits, believed to be youngsters, overlooked valuable tools but stole a quantity of Madam Walkers Hair Dressing, a small radio that was prized by Miss Jones because it was a present ,as well as a valuable object. Also several boxes of candy bars were taken

These robbers are believed to be the same ones who are responsible for a series of burglaries in the district. Police have several good clues and expect to uncover the persons who are committing these crimes.
