LATEST FROM SPAIN

Captain Hartshorn, of ship Empress which arrived this morning from Malaga and Gibraltar, in 28 days from the latter place, informs us that revolution broke out in the provinces of Andalusia, Seville, Malaga and Grenada, on the 3d and 4th of August, and that the Constitution of 1812 was proclaimed. All the Friars at Malaga were imprisoned on the 23d, and a number of them killed or wounded. The troops were put down, and all that were not in favor of the new Constitution were either shot or imprisoned. There was great joy and illuminations throughout the place when Capt. H. left and things were getting quiet.
