Full Text

New-York, March 28. Saturday morning last the Ship John-Galley, Capt. Quick, arrived here from London, in 8 weeks, but has brought no later prints than what we had received before: and by letters from thence we learn, that the conduct of the Americans with regard to the tea sent to this country, is much applauded, but it is generally said all that commodity destroyed at Boston must be paid for by somebody; and that hints had been dropped the act imposing the duty of 3d. per lb. would be repealed this present session of parliament on all teas sent to America from Great-Britain.
