The annual fair of Lane chapel Methodist church, Fourteenth and Van Buren streets, will open Monday evening and will be held five nights, closing Friday evening. The programs will consist of music, addresses and other forms of entertainment. A concert by Jackson's band will feature the Monday evening program. Dr. Louis Ransom will give a brief history of the band. The officers of the fair are: George W. Burns, president, and Mrs. Ida M. Stewart, secretary. The Rev. J. S. Blaine is pastor of the church.
