CONFABS POSTPONED UNTIL AFTER ELECTION
PARIS, Oct. 17.—The Franco-British talk in London has brought nothing in the way of help to plans for disarmament and world peace, it was stated here yesterday.
Indications now are that there will be no more conferences until after the German election, November 6, the elections in the United States, November 8.
One thing is certain however, which is the need for democracy to present a solid front against the encroachment of socialism and autocratic rule.
