Party Bolt Unlikely
As Mississippi Senators
Support Demo Ticket

JACKSON, Miss. (A)—Senators James Eastland and John Stennis of Mississippi have joined Gov. J. P. Coleman in saying they will support the Democratic national ticket.

Along with similar statements by other Mississippi Democratic leaders, this seemed today to bar the likelihood of a recalled state convention and the attendant danger of a party bolt.

Coleman disclosed further that presidential nominee Adlai Stevenson has been invited to campaign in Mississippi.
