Baltimore, March 31.

The President of the United States has required of the executive of this state to furnish five hundred drafted militia as part of this state's quota of the 100,000 which he is authorised by the act of Congress to require the states to furnish; they are to be marched to Annapolis and remain there to guard that city. In compliance with the requisition, the executive has ordered the number required to be drafted proportionably from the militia of Anne Arundel, Montgomery and Harford counties.
