The Paris Patrie asserts that a member of the English Cabinet recently declared to a deputation from the manufacturing districts, that according to information from Washington, an amicable separation between the North and the South would take place about June, and the basis of the treaty would be as follows: Missouri, Kentucky and Tennessee are to return to the Union; the two republics are to have no land customs line; the search for slaves is to be prohibited in all the States; slavery must disappear within thirty years.
