Full Text

The Natchez Courier says that the press of Mississippi very generally is condemning the course of the Trustees and Faculty of the State University, which ever was in fault, in having their catalogue, etc., printed in New York instead of at home. It is true the example was set them by the State officers and Legislature in having the New Code printed at the North, and in paying $3000 to a gentleman to go on North and revise proof, etc.; but two wrongs do not make a right, and we hope that the bad example has been copied for the last time.
