El magazine CONFIDENTIAL que tiene el mal gusto de rebuscar los antecedentes perjudiciales de los hombres públicos y artistas, para darlos a conocer públicamente, no sabemos con qué finalidad, acaba de ser castigado así como la casa impresora del mismo The Kable King Printing Co., de Mount Morris, en Illinois.
Un Gran Jurado Federal le encontró culpable de publicaciones obscenas y no sabemos cuál será la penalidad, pero deseamos que sea fuerte, ya que publicando calumnias no es como se debe de entender la misión de un periodista.
Creemos que esta vez el Juez Federal, ha de ser implacable con esa publicación.
Al parecer esta vez, es acusado de defender el procedimiento Martusiano de los abortos, tan severamente castigado por las leyes de todas partes.
