WEEKLY POEM REV, JOHN R. PERKINS BEWARE OF TRUE FACTS..
The home of God must be cleaned out
For all of Gods children today
Stop sparing the rod and spoiling the child
And allowing them now to go astray.
You are spending more money on education
And sparing the training rod to- day
Do you think you can get in Gods heaven
When you allow your children to go astray.
I am warning my people to day to obey
Gods word Gods word it will stand forever
And all of Gods children will obey his word
And in glory have a home forever
Christ said my yolk is easy
And my burdens are all light
Take my yoke upon every one
For my yolk is easy and my bu:- dens are right
We have to got be born of the spirit of God
And a new heart for the old heart in exchange
Christ is the door keeper of Gods heaven
And all of Gods children are the same
If there is a reader of my poem
That is without a shepherd today
Drop me a card, I will gladly come
And lift Jesus up the right way
He said if I be lifted up today
I will draw all men unto me
So Jesus is our redeeming Christ
So why not we all work free
Some are saying they can't live right
But Jesus say my yolk is easy
And my burdens are all light
So why not we all believe and live right.
We can't live here wrong today
And believe we can all die right
Gods people are just one family you see
And the devils people are all want- ing to fight
Gods house is just a place to wor- ship in
His church is in our heart
Christ ask for the old heart you see
And return a new heart to our part.
