ST. LOUIS.

St. Louis, Oct 25.—A pamphlet has appeared here, purporting to have emanated from John W. Wright, of Washington, formerly Indian Agent and against whom indictments were found, in a criminal court last March, for forging vouchers upon which a number of Indian claims were paid by the Interior Department. The pamphlet charges the United States Government with prosecuting him unjustly, and implicates Attorney General Williams and the Secretary of the Interior in a scheme to rob him of his property to satisfy groundless claims.
