A private Letter from Germany by the last Mail advises, that a Treaty of Peace was signed the 2d Instant, by which the Dutchy of Cleves, as far as the Side of the Banks of the Rhine, is to be given to the Empress-Queen, in lieu of which Lusatia, and the two Principalities of Upper Sileia, are to be yielded to the King of Prussia.

Several Letters from different Parts of Germany, give positive Accounts that the Ratifications of the Peace signed by the Empress-Queen arrived at Leipic the 5th Instant, and that on the 14th the Peace between the Empress Queen and the Courts of Prussia & Poland, was actually signed and published there.
