Carver Has Open House, Asks Public

The students and teachers of the Carver Vocational School invite the public to their second annual Open House on Tuesday. Guides from the ninth and tenth grade classes conducted visitors on tours of the school starting at 9:30 a. m.

On the first floor, the visitors saw the Beauty Culture students give demonstrations: the shoe repair specialists and the cafeteria Business Education Classes were viewed on the second floor. On the third floor, the practical nurses demonstrated their skills: cooking students also demonstrated. Landscaping and Auto Mechanics classes also gave demonstrations.

Visitors ended their tour at the Domestic Service Cottage where they were served refreshments.
