Hague, Oct. 20, O. S. The Arrival of M. de St. Contest, Ambassador from France, deprives us of the Presence of his Serene Highness the Prince Stadtholder, the Ceremonial not being yet regulated between his Serene Highness and that Minister, who requires a Return of his Visit from the Prince Stadtholder, which the Prince never has, nor scarce ever will yield to; and this is what obliges his Serene Highness to remain at Loo until that Ambassador has made his Entry, and has had his publick Audience of their High Mightinesses.
