The Atlanta Baptist Ministers Fellowship Council Rev. A. L. Humphrey, president, held installation services at 60 Piedmont Avenue Sunday afternoon. People composed of both races attended. The house was filled to capacity.
Among the speakers were: Elder G. Briley, Bishop James Hinsley, Rev. J. J. Norwood, Elder Hiram O'Neal. Dr. U.S. Jones, of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, principal speaker: Mrs. A. U. Taylor and mother, evangelist, of Washington, Ga. Mrs. J. Hinsley. The Ministers Christian Society, devotions led by Mrs. B. Gregory and Mrs. J. D. Respress, Mrs. E. L. Scott. The 18-point program was read. Ministers appearing during young ministers hour were: Revs. C.L. Thomas, W.E. Anderson, J.F. Choice, W.M. Smith, Carl Moncrieff, David L. Jackson, J. H. Langston, Elder G. Fletcher, O. C. Woods Rev. R. B. Thomas and wife: also the Humphrey Gospel Chorus and Mrs. G. S. Giddings appeared.
