SEWARD PAPER WINS
Altho no direct word has been received from the Columbia Interscholastic Press association, Columbia university, relative to the effect that the Seward's Folly, Seward High School publication, won first honors in a contest sponsored by the university for the best territorial high school paper, a clipping from the New York Herald-Tribune points to that fact.
Not only papers from Alaska, but of Hawaii and other territories of the U. S., were in the contest.
Last year the "Northern Light," Cordova High School paper, won the blue ribbon.
To Editor-in-Chief Otto Sandbeck, and members of his staff, it was a proud moment when they were informed their paper had attained such a rank. The staff responsible for each issue comprises:
