The "British Outrage" Meeting in New Orleans.—The New Orleans True Delta, closing a report of the recent indignation meeting in New Orleans, at which we do not perceive that many men of character participated, says:

It adjourned sine die. No committee was appointed, and no measures were taken to carry on their crusade, which some might have supposed would inaugurate. We herewith pledge ourselves to eat, raw, all the British hearts that "Styx" and "Buzzard" when the meeting catches.
