PHILADELPHIA, JUNE 11.

It is said, "that our executive is in possession of a copy of a talk lately delivered by Col. SIMCOE to the Indians, breathing sentiments diametrically opposite to those expressed in Lord DORCHESTER's late talk, and intended to do away the impressions made by it. If this report is founded, the intelligence is agreeable and important, as it presages peace.

The American Daily Advertiser of this morning says, " We hear from respectable authority, that Col. Simcoe has returned to Niagara." It is reported that Governor Simcoe has published a declaration to the Indians, informing them that there is peace between Great-Britain and the United States: and advises them to pursue a pacific line of conduct—Time will ascertain the truth of these reports.
