Full Text

DUBLIN, June 25.

Extract of a Letter from Konigsberg to a Merchant in this City, dated May 27.

"The 31st past, nine Russian Men of War have been seen cruising before Pillau, though at a good Distance. Several Ships are since gone to Sea, but none are come in, as the Wind is Easterly. A Vessel that came in a few Days ago reports, that she pass'd close by a Russian Ship of War, who did not fire at her, but let her go by quietly. We cannot think that the Russians will actually commence Hostilities, much less that they will stop British Effects: but till it makes us very uneasy here."
