BAD INDIAN MEETS DEATH AT HANDS OF OWN PEOPLE
Piute Who Slew Half Dozen White Men Starts Family Row and Is Promptly Dispatched by Uncle and the Brother.

Searchlight, Nev., June 7.-The career of Quehee, the Piute Indian, who ran amuck and killed half a dozen miners and homesteaders near Ft. Mojave three years ago, has ended.

Word was brought here today that the Indian on whose head was placed rewards aggregating $6,000, had met death at the hands of his brother and uncle, whom he had tried to kill in a tribal camp in Arizona.

Quehee said he had declared the Juramentado because his mother had been killed in a disturbance near Searchlight ten years ago.
