What is this article about?
Epitaph for Margaret Scott, died February 9, 1738, at Dalkeith near Newcastle. She recounts living 25 years as a virgin, 50 as a wife, 50 as a widow (total 125? Wait, math: 25+50+50=125, but text says five times five=25 virgin, ten times five=50 wife, ten times five=50 widow, but 25+50+50=125 years? Likely error, but preserve). She witnessed eight Scottish kings and a queen, the Commonwealth for 20 years, ten rebellions, prelacy overthrown twice, end of Stuarts, and Scotland's union with England.

Stop, Passenger, until my Life you've read;
The Living may get Knowledge by the Dead.
Five Times five Years I liv'd a Virgin Life;
Ten Times five Years I was a virtuous Wife;
Ten Times five Years I liv'd a Widow chaste;
Now, tired of this mortal Life, I rest.
I, from my Cradle to my Grave, have seen,
Eight mighty Kings of Scotland, and a Queen.
Four Times five Years the Common-Wealth I saw;
Ten Times the Subjects rose against the Law;
Twice did I see old Prelacy pull'd down;
And twice the Crown was humbled by the Gown.
An End of Stuart's Race I saw: No more
I saw my Country sold for English Ore.
Such Desolations in my Time have been,
I have an End of all Perfection seen.
