BAPTIST CHURCH AT CHESTER DEDICATED
PETERSBURG, VA., Jan. 26.--The handsome new Baptist church at Chester, of which Rev. J. M. Pilcher, D. D., of this city, is pastor, was dedicated yesterday with appropriate and impressive exercises. A large number of visitors was present, including a number from Richmond and Petersburg. The following ministers took part in the services: Rev. G. W. McDaniel, D. D., of Richmond; Rev. J. W. Kinchloe, of South Richmond; Rev. W. H. Lawson, of Ginter Park; Rev. R. H. Winfree, of Midlothian and Rev. A. R. Love, of Petersburg.
