TB Patient Sentenced

A 32-year-old tuberculosis patient from Sanatorium was given a 90-day sentence, suspended, by Justice of the Peace Neegaard yesterday because the patient broke quarantine.

Justice Neegaard ordered the patient, William F. Hutton, 32 years old, of 205 Summit Ave. N., to return to the general ward at Firland.

The suspension will be revoked if Hutton violates the quarantine again, Judge Neegaard said, and Hutton will be confined in a locked ward at the hospital.

Hutton was arrested September 28 on a warrant signed by a City Health Department physician. Since his arrest he has been confined at the hospital.
