It is reported, that on the 14th of last month 14,000 Russians entered Poland, and that they are to be augmented to 20,000 in Volhinia. As it is known that the Empress has lately made several complaints to the Porte of the conduct of some of the Pachas on the frontiers, it is presumed that her Imperial Majesty, finding no other means will do, purposes employing force: this however wants confirmation. It is remarked that in Hungary there are as many troops, and as much artillery as would be necessary for a campaign.
