FROM CUBA.

"HAVANA, Nov. 19.--His Excellency our Captain General, Don F. D. Vives, has received information by a Spanish officer from Gibraltar, of the events in Spain, down to the 3d of Oct. including the liberation of the King; but as they are not official, he cautions the citizens against any expressions of triumph or revenge; and assures them that he has taken measures to insure the public tranquility, and to punish any ruthless scheme of independence. He exhorts them to wait patiently until the orders of the Supreme Government of Spain had arrived."
