Condemnation of A Bremen Slaver.-We learn
from Hamburg, 23d ult., that the Tribunal of Com-
merce of that city, had, on that day, given its judgment
in the case of the merchant vessel of Bremen, the
Louisa, which had been captured by an English crui-
ser on the charge of having been engaged in the slave
trade, and carried into Hamburg. By the sentence of
the tribunal, the vessel is to be sold by auction, and
the owner, who is a merchant of Bremen, is, in addi-
tion to the loss of his vessel, to pay a heavy fine.
